2022 Billy Button Bianco

A blend of 51% Vermentino, 20% Friulano, 15% Chardonnay, 11% Verduzzo and 3% Albarino sourced from the Alpine Valleys and King Valley. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime, pear and green apple aromas drift from the glass followed by some gentle wet stone notes. Light and refreshing, the palate is driven by lime and green apple fruits with some pear, fresh herb and stony mineral elements lying in the background. Crisp acidity finishing brisk and snappy.
