2022 Caledonia Australis Chardonnay

Certified organic. Bright straw colour with a pale straw hue. Nosing offers up aromas of peach, honeycomb and roasted almonds with hints of crème brulee and spice also evident. Rich apricot, lemon, honeycomb and roasted almond flavours are backed by fresh acidity. Finishes buttery yet lemony with a lingering spicy toast element.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
