2022 Cantine Pra Classico Otto Soave

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint glimmer of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Scents of pear, green apple and lime infused with fresh herb and wet stone notes flow from the glass. Beautifully shaped yet possessing a brisk, refreshing feel the palate is layered with concentrated pear, green apple and lime fruits which overlay a Mediterranean herb, faint bees wax and slatey mineral infused back drop. Crisp acidity, the long dry finish super energetic and wonderfully intense.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
