2022 Chaffey Bros. Wine Co. Evangeline Syrah

A rich, silky textured Syrah draped in fleshy dark fruit.

Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Lifted dark plum and liquorice aromas subtlety infused with clove are trailed by some smoked meat, dried herb and peppered earth notes. Medium to full bodied, the rich, silky textured palate is draped with fleshy dark plum and liquorice fruits which meld into a scorched earth, dried herb and peppered meat back drop. Velvet smooth tannins concluding long, savoury and succulent.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
