2022 Cooter & Cooter Watervale Riesling

Brilliant water like core with greenish highlights around the edges. Intense lime and citrus aromas mix with green apple, orange rind and chalky talc notes. Crunchy lemon, lime and orange rind flavours are underpinned by very crisp laser like acidity. Wet steel and mineral elements ensue. Finishes dry with a very tense almost austere aftertaste that’s infused with steely mineral characters.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
