2022 Crittenden Peninsula Chardonnay

Aged in French oak barrels. Bright pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach and nectarine aromas are interwoven with dried honey, biscuity nougat and spice notes. Nicely weighted and textured in the mouth, peach and nectarine fruits overlay a back drop of citrusy nougat and subtle biscuity oak characters. Finishes with good underlying freshness and a well fleshed out aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
