2022 Domaine Rossignol-Fevrier Pere & Fils Bourgogne Pinot Noir

A light and quite juicy Bourgogne with fresh acidity and slightly grainy tannins.

Dark red core with black shaded edges and a vibrant red hue. Blossoming out of the glass are fragrant violet, red cherry and strawberry fruits followed by hints of dried herbs, earth, rhubarb and spice. Light and quite juicy in its feel, delicious red cherry and winter strawberry fruits infused with fresh herbs unfold across the palate with notions of red liquorice, rhubarb, subtle earth and spice the under current. Fresh acidity combines with slightly grainy tannins to form a savoury red fruited conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
