Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges. Herbaceous gooseberry top notes intermix with passionfruit, asparagus and grassy capsicum like notes. Zippy grassy gooseberry, subtle passionfruit and lime flavours sit over a herbaceous mineral infused back drop. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long refreshing snappy aftertaste.
