2022 Forest Hill Vineyard Shiraz

Concentrated, deep and powerful with a ripe, slightly chewy mouth feel.

Midnight black dark red core with a dark red hue. Spicy black cherry and liquorice aromas are intermeshed with vanillin cedar, smoked meats and peppered earth notes. Medium to full in body, the refined palate is laden with rich black cherry and liquorice fruits which morph into a spicy vanillin cedar, scorched earth and peppered meat back drop. Concentrated, deep and powerful it has a ripe, slightly chewy mouth feel and firm sturdy tannin structure. Finishes long, juicy and robust.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
