2022 Fowles Farm to Table Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous gooseberry and grassy asparagus aromas combine with some spicy citrus notes. Fresh and crunchy the palate features herbaceous gooseberry, passionfruit, citrus and grassy asparagus flavours. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a refreshing herbaceous gooseberry led aftertaste.
