2022 Fowles Ladies Who Shoot Their Lunch Wild Ferment Pinot Noir

Dark red in colour with black toned edges and a translucent dark red hue. Aromas of cherry and strawberry infused with hints of mint drift from the glass trailed by some vanillin cedar, earth and fresh herb notes. Light and elegant the palate features red to dark cherry and strawberry fruits over earth, spicy cedar and infusions of fresh herbs. Slightly dryish, chalky tannins and fresh underlying acidity with a savoury finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
