2022 Gibson The Smithy Shiraz Cabernet

Dense inky black colour with a deep dark purple black hue. Elevated liquorice and blackberry aromas combine with ripe blackcurrant, vanillin cedar, fresh herb and subtle peppered earth notes. Rich liquorice, blackcurrant and blackberry fruits carry medium to full body weight across the palate with notions of ripe blueberry, vanillin cedar and pepper lying underneath. Relatively refined feel with polished yet sturdy tannins and a medium to long conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
