2022 Grampians Estate Woolclasser’s GST

A blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Shiraz and 10% Tempranillo matured in old French and American oak barrels for 10 months. Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Pronounced dark to black raspberry, liquorice and dark plum aromas mix with scorched earth and peppered dried herb notes. Juicy dark raspberry, plum and liquorice fruits have a plump feel with notions of scorched earth, dried herbs and pepper lying underneath. Ripe, slightly chewy tannins concluding long and succulent.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
