The 2022 Bourgogne Jeunes Vignes et Derniers Jus is a medium-bodied, ample and fleshy wine evocative of peaches, beeswax, white flowers and orange oil. Open and expressive, it's produced from the later press fractions from Guffens's other cuvées.

From the youngest vines plus the pressed juices from other appellations, the 2022 Bourgogne Jeane Vignes et Derniers Jus was vinified in concrete for this cuvée. This has a light, floral bouquet with touches of yellow fruit. The palate is well-balanced with good weight. It's simple, with a touch of sour lemon on the short finish. Drink 2024-2028.
