2022 Hunter’s Pinot Noir

Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Nosing offers up scents of red cherries, rhubarb and earthy graphite like notes followed by some stalky cedar and spicy smoked meat notes. Light in body and possessing a supple mid palate feel, juicy red cherry, rhubarb and winter strawberry flavours are intermeshed with dried herb, earthy graphite like characters, stalky cedar and spice. Lively acidity with fine grained tannins finishing elegant and savoury.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
