2022 Hunter’s Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinged outskirts. Pungent herbaceous gooseberry, passionfruit and lime scents are overlaid by distinct grassy capsicum and flinty mineral notes. Mouth watering gooseberry, passionfruit and green apple fruits are delivered with terrific intensity over a back drop of crunchy mineral infused acidity and herbaceous grassy characters. Finishes long and zingy.
