2022 Kalleske Moppa Shiraz

Certified organic and biodynamic with 6% Petit Verdot and 4% Viognier included in the blend. Outstanding impenetrable inky black colour with a very deep dark red black hue. Wafting through the nostrils are heady dark plum, blackberry and liquorice aromatics which are complimented by vanillin cedar, hints of dark chocolate, scorched earth and blackpepper. Rich, opulent blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits overlay smoky vanillin cedar and peppered earth characters. Plush mouth feel with polished tannins carrying an underlying sturdiness. Finishes long, deeply fruited and fresh.
