2022 Laroche Reserve Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Citrus and pear aromas are intermeshed with hints of dried honey, oyster shell and stony mineral notes. Pear, citrus and wet slate flavours carry a shapely river stone like feel with some flinty oyster shell like elements lingering through the back half. Dry with brisk acidity and a stony mineral laden finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
