2022 Monte Tondo Soave Classico

The Monte Tondo vineyard can be found nestling in the gentle hills of Soave just a few kilometres from Verona on a slope overlooking the valley. Today it is 4th generation brother and sister team, Luca and Marta Magnabosco, who tend to the 25 hectares of vineyards situated on the best plots that the Soave zone can offer.
Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Zesty lime and green apple skin aromas are complimented by hints of lemon, pear and wet slate. Delicious pear, red apple skin and lime fruits show excellent intensity over a wet slate and fresh herb infused back drop. Beautifully rounded river stone like feel finishing dry, crisp and mouth wateringly long.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
