2022 Murdoch Hill Sauvignon Blanc

Fermentation was in tank (90%) and barrel (10%) with the barrel component adding texture and weight. Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Pungent aromas of tropical fruits, green apple and mango are followed by some delicate herbaceous grassy notes. Zingy ripe passionfruit, green apple and citrus fruits are underscored by snappy acidity. Some mango and subtle mineral characters lingering on the back half. Excellent intensity with a long scrumptious finish.
