2022 Pacha Mama Chardonnay

Matured in French oak of which 15% was new. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Attractive white peach, nectarine and subtle dried honey scents are interwoven with biscuity oak, cashew and spicy nougat. Nicely weighted, showing excellent concentration and possessing a cream tinged feel, the palate is flooded with fleshy white peach and nectarine fruits which overlay a dried honey, cashew, nougat and subtle gun flint infused back drop. Balanced acidity compliments a lovely textural feel. Finishes long and moreish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
