2022 Palliser Estate Pinot Noir

Rich, fleshy mid weighted Pinot.

Matured in French oak for 10 months. Dark red core with black shaded edges and a light red to red hue. Intense ripe dark to black cherry, strawberry and anise aromas intermix with dried herb, bramble, subtle forest floor and spice notes. Rich and fleshy the mid weighted palate features juicy dark to black cherry, anise, strawberry and plum flavours with dried herb, brambly cedar and spice elements the undercard. Outstanding power and concentration with velvet smooth tannins and a long, sumptuous conclusion.

Drink over the next 5-6 years.
