2022 Palmetto Barossa Valley Shiraz

Dense midnight black in colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Elevated ripe dark plum and liquorice aromas intermix with toasty oak, earthy fennel and pepper notes. Rich plush dark plum and liquorice fruits sit over a toasty vanillin oak and spicy pepper back drop. Youthfully fresh acidity with firmish tannins and a juicy mid length conclusion that has an inky feel to it.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
