2022 Patrick Piuze Chablis Terroir de Fleys

Bright pale straw core with straw tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated lime and green apple scents infused with wet slate are followed by some pear and oyster shell notes. Tense lime and pear flavours are welded to a wet slate, flint, faint dried honey and oyster shell like back drop. Crisp citrusy acidity with a flinty mineral infused finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
