Brilliant water like colour with a faint glimmer of green around the edges. Pungent herbaceous gooseberry and passionfruit scents jump out of the glass followed by hints of lime and grassy capsicum like notes. Intensely flavoured the palate features passionfruit, green apple and herbaceous gooseberry fruits over a subtle capsicum and mineral back drop. Finishes dry and crunchy with a zesty aftertaste.
