2022 Risky Business Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted pear and dried honey aromas mix with Jonathan apple and hints of quince. Delicious pear and ripe apple fruits carry good textural volume and concentration across the palate with some quince and faint dried honey elements lingering underneath. Finishes dry and crisp with flashes of refreshing citrus on the aftertaste.
