2022 Rocky Road by McHenry Hohnen Cabernet Sauvignon

A mid weighted Cabernet that’s both elegant and savoury.

Matured in 1-2 year old French oak barriques for a period of 14 months. Midnight black core with a dark red black tinged hue. Sailing from the glass are a mix of blackcurrant, mulberry, cedary tobacco, black olive, earthy bay leaf and spice aromas. Mid weighted the palate features blackcurrant and mulberry fruits over dusty cedar, black olive, tobacco and spicy bay leaf elements. Fine grained tannins with an elegant, savoury finish that shows ample depth.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
