Deep black dark purple colour with a dark purple hue. Red to dark plum and liquorice aromas mix with toasty oak, earth and peppered meat notes. The elegant, light to medium bodied palate has a moderately concentrated flavour profile of red plums, red liquorice, earth, subtle toasty oak and peppered meats. Fine grained tannins with fresh acidity and a light savoury aftertaste.
