2022 Rutini Wines Trumpeter Malbec

Rutini was the first winery to plant vines in Mendoza’s Uco Valley which today is regarded as one of Argentina’s top wine producing regions.
Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Expressive dark cherry, ripe blueberry and liquorice scents fill the nostrils with some fresh herb, delicate vanillin cedar, earth and spice notes also evident. Rich, fleshy ripe blueberry and dark cherry fruits meld into a back drop of liquorice, vanillin cedar and spicy dried herbs. Medium bodied it possesses a polished tannin structure and a juicy like finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
