2022 Saint Clair Origin Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like core with greenish toned edges. Intense passionfruit, gooseberry and green apple aromas leap out of the glass complimented by some asparagus and herbaceous grassy notes. Zippy passionfruit, green apple and gooseberry fruits are underscored by crisp mouth watering acidity. Herbaceous grassy characters and flinty mineral elements shine through on the back half. Finishes dry with a racy aftertaste.
