2022 Tablas Creek Vineyard Patelin de Tablas

A blend of 54% Syrah, 29% Grenache, 13% Mourvedre, 3% Counoise and 1% Terret Noir. Semi translucent dark red colour with black shaded edges and a light red hue. Ripe raspberry, plum and red liquorice scents sail out of the glass followed by some vanillin confectionary and peppered earth notes. Rich, succulent raspberry, red liquorice and dark cherry fruits flood the mouth with vanillin confectionary, earth and spice characters lying underneath. Possessing good freshness and velvet smooth tannins it finishes long and juicy.
