2022 The Thief? Shiraz

Dense inky black in colour with a dark purple hue. Lifted dark plum, liquorice and ripe blueberry aromas evolve out of the glass trailed by some vanillin oak and spicy fennel notes. Rich and juicy the mid weighted palate is flush with dark plum, liquorice and blueberry fruits which overlay vanillin oak, earthy dark chocolate and spice characters. Velvet smooth tannins with a youthful yet opulent feel. Fleshy mid length conclusion.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
