2022 The Willows Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Rich, fleshy textured blackcurrant and spearmint flavours framed by slightly grainy tannins.

Matured for 14 months in French oak hogsheads. Midnight black heart with a dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced blackcurrant aromas infused with spearmint sail out of the glass trailed by some earthy vanillin cedar and spice notes. Rich, fleshy textured blackcurrant and spearmint flavours meld into a spicy vanillin cedar, earth and fresh herb infused back drop. Slightly grainy tannins provide ample framework along with a lick of freshness on the vividly fruited mid length finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
