Other Reviews…..
A single-site shiraz from the Willows' 'Back Block' in Light Pass; partial whole bunch fermentation. Bright magenta-splashed crimson in the glass with fruit aromas of juicy satsuma plum, blueberry and red cherry fruits. Hints of violets, raspberry coulis, licorice, fruitcake, milk chocolate, earth and blueberry pie. Full bodied yet light and fresh with impressive fruit purity and detail, tight, layered gypsum-dust tannins lending the formwork and a brisk, briny acid driveline finishing fruit-pure and spicy. Drink by 2035.
