2022 Tin Shed Wild Bunch Riesling

Brilliant water like core with a greenish tinged outskirts. Distinct lime juice and granny smith apple scents are trailed by lemon, talc and chalky mineral notes. Searing acidity gives the wine a laser like focus underpinning flavours of lime juice, lemon and green apple. Finishes dry and zippy with some wet steel and chalky talc characters meandering their way onto the tightly coiled, mineral infused aftertaste.
