2022 Torres Pazo das Bruxas Albarino

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing offers up aromas of ripe pear, dried apple and bees wax followed by hints of quince, dried nut and spice. A texturally rounded feel is counterpointed by lively acidity with flavours of pear skin, tangerine and quince overlaying a back drop of almond and spice. Finishes bone dry with some salinity to the savoury aftertaste.
Drink over the next year.
