2022 Totara Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Pungent passionfruit, lime and ripe gooseberry aromas fill the nostrils with some herbaceous grassy notes also evident. Intensely flavoured the scrumptious palate is engulfed with passionfruit, lime and gooseberry characters which overlay a subtle herbaceous grassy back drop. Finishes dry with crisp minerally acidity and a long zesty aftertaste.
