Deep black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Nosing offers up aromas of dark to black cherry, liquorice and inky earth with subtle peppered herb notes also evident. Light to medium bodied, generous dark and morello cherry flavours intermix with liquorice, earth and spicy dried herb characters. Juicy feel with slightly chewy tannins and fresh acidity leading into a savoury mid length conclusion.
