2022 Water Wheel Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged in French oak. Dense midnight black heart with a deep dark red black hue. Lifted blackcurrant aromas intermingle with tobacco, black olive, earthy vanillin cedar and spicy dried herb notes. Rich blackcurrant and liquorice fruits are framed by a muscular tannin structure with black olive, tobacco, charred cedar and spicy earth characteristics the back drop. Dry grippy finish with a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
