2022 Whistling Eagle Vineyard GSM

Midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced dark to black raspberry, liquorice and dark plum aromas engulf the nostrils trailed by some vanillin cedar, scorched earth and peppered fennel notes. Rich black raspberry liqueur and liquorice flavours carry a plush feel across the opulent palate with juicy blackberry, subtle vanillin cedar and peppered fennel elements lying underneath. Polished yet sturdy tannin structure with good underlying freshness and a long sumptuous finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
