2023 Barking Mad Watervale Riesling

Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Soaring out of the glass are intense lime, citrus and orange rind aromas followed by some distinct talc, subtle wet steel and chalky mineral notes. Racy lime and citrus fruits are underpinned by zingy mineral infused acidity with notions of orange rind, wet steel and chalky mineral characteristics also present. Finishes dry and crisp with a long crunchy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
