Other Reviews....
This is very compressed and vertical, with deep mineral notes from the high quality of the single vineyard. The finish goes on for minutes. Compressed and precise with structure and sophistication, yet there’s attractiveness now that makes the wine a must to drink. Best ever. Drink or hold.

From 40 year old vines. This wine, to make a hackneyed observation is the Meursault to the Mainqué’s Chablis.
Pretty floral top note, almond and oatmeal, honeyed, cinnamon and mint. Lots of flavour, creamy almond, mint and stonefruit, some pineapple richness, complex, the texture is super, concentrated and intense, ripe lemon, with a bold but fine finish of superb length. So exotic. Essence of Chardonnay. Quite some zing on the finish. What a great wine this is. Drink 2024 - 2032+.
