Lime, pear and green apple scents infused with a mix of fresh herb and wet slate notes are trailed by some delicate oyster shell like characters. Light and invigorating yet intensely flavoured with a delightful river stone like mouth feel, lime, pear and green apple fruits overlay a fresh herb and stony mineral background. Finishes dry with crisp acidity leading into a long, elegant and highly refreshing aftertaste.
