2023 Cape Mentelle Marmaduke Chardonnay

A ripe, fleshy, generously fruited style of Chardonnay.

Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated white peach, melon and dried honey aromas fill the nostrils followed by some citrus and delicate spice notes. Ripe and fleshy the palate features generous white peach and melon fruit over a delicate citrus, dried honey and spice back drop. Showing ample textural volume it has brisk underlying acidity to finish round and full.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
