2023 Casalforte Soave

Moreish Soave delivered with terrific intensity and a gorgeous river stone like mouth feel.

Bright pale straw colour with straw tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense pear, lime and green apple aromas are trailed by some distinct wet stone, fresh herb and mineral notes. Delivered with terrific concentration are delicious pear and lime fruits which sit over a back drop of green apple, infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral elements. Gorgeous river stone like mouth feel with a long slippery finish. Fantastic summer drinking.
