2023 Chateau de Maligny Petit Chablis

A gorgeously rounded Petit Chablis with moreish pear, lime and green apple fruits overlaying some wet stone and minerally oyster shell like characters.

Brilliant pale straw colour with subtle flecks of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear and lime are delightfully intermeshed with some stony mineral and oyster shell notes. Making a gorgeously rounded palate entry are moreish pear, lime and green apple fruits with some wet stone and minerally oyster shell like characters lingering through the back half. Excellent concentration with brisk acidity and a long supplely shaped finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
