2023 Cirillo Centenarian Vine The Vincent Grenache

Cirillo is a family-owned winery situated in the Barossa Valley, that oversees and produces wine from the oldest continuously producing Grenache and Semillon vines globally. Centenarian Vine The Vincent is made with fruit from vineyards planted in 1901 and 1906 with maturation taking place in seasoned French oak.
Dark red core with black tinged edges and a red purple tinged hue. Alluring dark raspberry, cherry and red liquorice scents show ample intensity with some vanillin confectionary, earth and light pepper notes also evident. Juicy dark raspberry, cherry and subtle liquorice fruits overlay an earthy dark chocolate and vanillin spice background. Silky smooth tannins finishing succulent, fleshy and spicy.
