2023 Clarence House Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinct greenish tint to the edges and a watery hue. Lifted white peach, pear and dried honey aromas are interwoven with hints of cashew, crème brulee and spice. Concentrated and fleshy, peach and pear fruits are married to subtle dried honey, cashew, delicate crème brulee and spice characters. A round, slightly creamy textural feel counterpointed by citrus like acidity which lends energy to the long flavoursome conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
