2023 Coulter Wines White Field Blend

A blend of Vermentino, Verdicchio Bianco and Inzolia. Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of green apple skin infused with Mediterranean herbs are followed by faint bees wax and lemony saline like notes. Light, energetic and possessing a tense feel, lime Granny Smith apple and lemon flavours are underpinned by zippy acidity. Some stony mineral elements linger through the dry, zesty finish.
