2023 Dandelion Vineyards Enchanted Garden of the Eden Valley Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense lime and citrus aromas engulf the nostrils with distinct orange rind, talc and chalky mineral notes also evident. A concentrate of mouth watering lime and citrus flavours drive the palate. Notions of green apple, chalky talc like characters, subtle orange rind and mineral lie underneath. Crunchy acidity finishing dry, long and scrumptious.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

Bright and luminous, the nose has a honey and citrus influence with traces of white flower and bath salts. The palate is tightly controlled with a degree of tension extending to the long finish where other characters of dried herbs and green apple emerge. It’s dry as chips but with plenty of deeply penetrating flavour. Drink 2024-2034.
